Bread and olives on arrival


Warm asparagus salad
Topped with smoked salmon and served with béarnaise sauce and confit cherry tomatoes

Sautéed wild mushrooms
On an olive oil rubbed ciabbata crouton finished with rocket


Red and black prawns
Fried and served with a mango and coriander salsa and lemon aioli


Roast breast of guinea fowl
Served with smoked garlic mash, roasted baby heritage carrots and thyme gravy

New Forest Lamb rump
On dauphinoise potatoes, roasted baby leeks and Rioja gravy

Lemon scented sweet potato cakes
Served on a chunky tomato sauce, harrisa roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Topped with a poached egg

We can substitute either of the above dishes for chicken


Chocolate lovers delight
Chocolate brownie topped with raspberry pearls, baileys chocolate mousse, clotted cream and white chocolate dipped strawberries

Garnished with our own chutney, grape salsa and cornichons
